Refund policy
All goods must be returned or notified for return within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a refund, all goods must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories, and must be in a clean, unused, and fully resalable condition.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods prior to processing any refund or replacement.
Goods that are used, installed, damaged, altered, or not in their original and resalable condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
All transport, handling, and return freight costs are to be borne entirely by the purchaser, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been inspected, approved, and verified as meeting the above criteria.
No refund will be provided for goods that fail to meet these conditions.
Fibreglass and Gelcoat Products
Please note that products manufactured from fibreglass and gelcoat materials are subject to natural environmental and usage variations.
Accordingly, gelcoat cracking, crazing, blistering, fading, or discolouration over time is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
These occurrences are the result of environmental exposure, maintenance practices, or general wear and tear, and are deemed normal characteristics of the product’s material composition.
This policy operates in conjunction with the purchaser’s rights under Australian Consumer Law, which remain unaffected.
